Our coach
Dr. Hoshing Chang is a certified John Maxwell Team speaker, coach, and trainer and certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
She has more than ten years of government leadership experience and received a service award for her leadership. She held a Master's degree in Environmental Science and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland (UMD) and has taught at UMD and the University of Maryland Global Campus and researched the National Institutes of Health. She publishes manuscripts in scientific journals, including Nature.
Hoshing has served in youth ministry and worked with children for more than ten years. She has mentored close to 100 professionals and youth.
Hoshing is a lifetime member of Asian American Government Executive Network and Federal Asian Pacific American Council. Her mission is to "make leaders who make leaders."
